Outcomes and honesty

We will show the numbers when there are numbers.

No InfyAI Academy cohort has graduated yet. So this page does not show placement rates or salaries. It shows exactly what we will publish for every cohort, how we will count, and what we will never claim.

The cohort report

Every cohort, the same report.

Published each year for each partner, with the method on the same page. Below is the layout; the brackets fill in once a cohort graduates.

MeasureHow it is definedCohort [year]
Cohort sizeEveryone who started the track, including those who left it[n]
In workJoined a job within six months of graduating, as a share of everyone who sought one[%]
Still seekingGraduates who wanted a job and do not yet have one, shown as a number[n]
PayMedian and middle-half range of fixed pay at joining. Never an average, never a highest package[median] · [range]
Roles and sectorsSplit by lane (Build, Bridge, Decide) and by industry[split]
Further study and venturesShown separately, never counted as placed[n] · [n]
Industry semester and internshipsShare who completed one, and median monthly stipend[%] · [₹]
How we count

Rules written down before the first cohort starts.

Placement numbers are easy to flatter by choosing the denominator. These rules are fixed in advance and audited. [Auditor, once appointed]

  1. 1Students who leave the track stay in the cohort count.
  2. 2We count joinings, not offers, and each student once.
  3. 3Founders, further study and opt-outs are reported separately, never as placements. So is gig or short-contract work, such as AI training tasks: it counts as paid work during the programme, not as a job.
  4. 4Pay is fixed annual pay at joining, without joining bonuses or variable pay.
  5. 5Each partner's own pre-track results are shown beside ours, so improvement is visible, not asserted.
What we will never say

If you see these about us, they are not from us.

"Guaranteed placement"No job, salary or selection is guaranteed, in any wording.
"Packages up to ₹X"No salary headline before a cohort has graduated, and never a highest package.
"Only a few seats left"No manufactured deadlines or scarcity. Selection dates are published in advance.
"Free" or "zero cost"Every fee is disclosed by the university on its fee schedule.
Other institutes' resultsWe never present another programme's outcomes as evidence for ours.
Borrowed namesNo employer, mentor or certifying partner is named without written permission, and never as awarding our track.
"Future-proof"Nobody can promise a skill will never date. We say what a student can do, and show the work.
"AI will take your job unless…"No fear-based selling, and no overseas job-loss data presented as if it described India.

Questions parents ask

Why are there no placement figures yet?

Because the first cohort has not graduated. Any figure today would be a target or someone else's result. We would rather show you the method and let the first report speak.

My child is under 18. How is their data handled?

We ask for a parent's consent before collecting a minor's data, use it only for the programme, and follow a written safeguarding policy for practitioners, ventures and travel. [Privacy and safeguarding policy links]

Who handles money, fees and refunds?

The university. It collects the degree fee and any disclosed track fee under its own refund rules. Student ventures run through the college incubator or a club, never through a student's personal account.

What if my child wants to leave the track?

Their credits map back to the university's regular electives, so they still graduate on time with the same degree.

Will my child have to work night shifts?

Some first roles in sales, customer support and implementation serve overseas clients and run on their working hours. We tell students which roles these are before they choose a lane, so the family can decide together.
